Acceptance of terms
By accessing udphotography.in (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Services
UDPhotography provides candid wedding photography and cinematography services across Delhi NCR and destination locations, subject to availability and a confirmed booking.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed only upon payment of the agreed advance. Unless stated otherwise in your written quote: 50% advance at booking, 40% on the first day of the shoot, and 10% before trailer/teaser release. Travel, food and accommodation for outstation weddings are borne by the client.
Copyright & usage
All images, videos and content on this Website and delivered to clients are © UDPhotography and may not be reproduced without written permission. Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights as per their signed agreement.
Content accuracy
While we make every effort to keep the Website accurate and up to date, package details, pricing indicative amounts and service descriptions may change without notice. Your written quote always takes precedence.
Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDPhotography’s liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected event. Raw/uncaptured moments cannot be guaranteed due to the candid nature of shooting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi NCR.
